Yoga with SVH – Terms of Service

Acceptance of Terms
Accessing yogawithsvh.com (the “Site”) or booking any in-person or online class through Momoyoga signifies your agreement to these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the Site or our services.
Services
Yoga with SVH (“we,” “our,” “us”) provides group and private yoga classes, workshops, and related wellness content. Scheduling, account creation, and payments are handled exclusively through Momoyoga; you are additionally bound by Momoyoga’s Terms and Privacy Policy.
Eligibility
You must be 18 years or older (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to create an account or participate in classes. Minors may participate only with the verifiable consent of a parent or legal guardian, who must complete a separate waiver.
Health & Safety Acknowledgment
Consult a qualified physician before beginning any exercise program. By participating, you confirm you are physically able to practice safely and will modify or stop any activity causing pain or discomfort. Inform the instructor of injuries, medical conditions, pregnancy, or other relevant factors prior to class. We do not provide medical advice; content is for educational purposes only.
Assumption of Risk & Release of Liability
You voluntarily assume all risks, known or unknown, associated with yoga, breath-work, meditation, and related activities, whether offered in person or online. To the fullest extent permitted by law, you waive, release, and hold harmless Yoga with SVH, its owners, instructors, and affiliates from any liability for injury, illness, accident, property loss, or damages—even if arising from ordinary negligence—except where prohibited by applicable law. You are responsible for creating a safe practice environment at home.
Payments, Cancellations & Refunds
All sales are final; no refunds, credits, or transfers are offered for missed classes, late cancellations, class packs, workshops, or private sessions. All booking changes, cancellations, and wait-list actions must be completed in your Momoyoga account before the cutoff time displayed there. We do not modify records retroactively. Class packs and passes expire as indicated in Momoyoga; unused sessions are forfeited on the expiration date.
Intellectual Property
All Site content—including videos, audio, text, graphics, and logos—is owned by Yoga with SVH and protected by copyright and other intellectual-property laws. Recording, downloading, streaming outside the authorized platform, reproducing, or distributing our content without prior written consent is prohibited.
User Conduct
You agree not to:
• Harass, threaten, or otherwise interfere with instructors or participants.
• Share offensive, discriminatory, or unsafe content.
• Record, screenshot, or redistribute classes, Zoom links, or proprietary materials.
• Use the Site or Momoyoga for any unlawful purpose.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services for any violation of these Terms.
Disclaimer of Warranties
Services and the Site are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or uninterrupted availability.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent allowed by law, our aggregate liability for any claim related to a class or service is limited to the amount you paid for that class or service. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including lost profits, data loss, or issues arising from third-party platforms.
Privacy & Data Protection
Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard personal data, and details individual rights under GDPR, CCPA, and other applicable laws.
International Users
If you access the Site from outside the United States, you are responsible for compliance with local laws. Mandatory consumer-protection statutes of your jurisdiction may apply in addition to, or instead of, certain New York provisions.
Dispute Resolution & Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, excluding its conflict-of-laws rules, unless a mandatory consumer-protection law requires otherwise.
Any dispute not resolved informally within 30 days will be submitted to binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (“AAA”) under its Commercial Arbitration Rules. The arbitration will be conducted in English and held virtually in New York County, New York. Judgment on the award may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction.
Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms periodically. The “Effective Date” will change accordingly. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Refund & Cancellation Policy
Effective Date: 20 November 2025
No refunds for missed classes, late cancellations, no-shows, private sessions, class packs, bundles, workshops, or special events.
All booking actions—including cancellations—must be performed in Momoyoga before the applicable cutoff time.
Passes/packs expire per the timeline displayed in Momoyoga; unused sessions are forfeited upon expiration.
Passes and bookings are non-transferable and may not be shared, gifted, or sold.
