Yin Yoga
Yin Yoga is a slow, meditative practice designed to release tension in the deep connective tissues of the body. Poses are held for three to five minutes, allowing muscles to soften and the fascia to gently relax. This class supports flexibility, stillness, and a grounded nervous system. No experience required—come as you are.

Vinyasa Yoga
Vinyasa Yoga is a fluid practice linking breath to movement. Postures flow smoothly from one to the next, creating warmth in the body and a steady, focused mind. Each class balances strength, flexibility, and ease, with variations offered. Expect guidance, clear cues, and space to explore your practice with curiosity.

Private Lessons
Private lessons offer personalized guidance tailored to your body, goals, and experience level. Sessions move at your pace, with thoughtful sequencing, hands-on support, and focused attention to alignment. Whether you are new to yoga, or deepening your practice, this one-on-one format provides space to explore movement and breath with clarity and confidence.

Strength Training
Full body workouts for all fitness levels. Emphasis is on proper alignment for a safe effective workout. These sessions offer different elements including HIIT, slow heavy lifting and resistance bands. Core work completes this full-body workout.

Holistic Health Coaching
I work with clients covering a wide range of health goals
using a holistic approach. Topics include weight loss, meal prep, better sleep, creating healthy habits, goal setting, journaling, and more.
